Valir Health is a multi-state healthcare platform focused on PACE, hospice, and value-based care for elderly populations. This Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance of the revenue cycle, including PACE capitation validation and reconciliation, claims and encounter submission, billing, collections, accounts receivable and denial management, and insurance claims adjudication.
The position requires strong collaboration across Finance, Clinical, Enrollment, Compliance, and Operations departments to optimize cash flow, reduce leakage, and build scalable infrastructure. Key responsibilities include ensuring revenue integrity, managing PACE capitation payments, overseeing claims submission and adjudication, implementing denial management strategies, maintaining reimbursement knowledge (including ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), analyzing expense and utilization trends, preparing financial reporting and audit documentation, and optimizing systems and workflows.
Candidates typically have 7-10+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience with understanding of provider billing and payer adjudication, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, EDI workflows, and preferably experience with capitation or value-based models such as PACE.
The role may consider remote or hybrid work arrangements in accordance with company policy and requires occasional travel between Valir Health sites in Oklahoma.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 7-10+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience. Experience with provider side claims billing and payer side claims adjudication/preferred. Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding systems. Experience with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement frameworks. Familiarity with EDI and clearinghouse processes. Experience with capitation, risk models, or PACE program strongly preferred. Proven ability to improve revenue KPIs and operational performance. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements. May require occasional travel among company sites. Physical ability to perform sedentary office work with some standing or walking.
