The Associate Director, Site Engagement, is responsible for overseeing revenue cycle operations across ambulatory surgical centers and business offices. This role ensures operational consistency, accuracy, and performance quality through training, mentorship, and resolving operational issues. The role involves travel primarily within IL, MI, OH, WI, with occasional travel outside these states.
Key responsibilities include revenue cycle training and mentoring, addressing operational issues, managing integration activities, overseeing patient accounting system conversions, participating in metric analysis and planning, supporting payer contract education, conducting operational assessments, and facilitating communication of revenue cycle initiatives.
- High school diploma or higher
- Minimum 5 years revenue cycle leadership experience; ambulatory surgical center (ASC) experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and revenue cycle platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint, Planner, and Teams
- Ability to read and interpret commercial payer contracts, CMS guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 70% as needed
