Full-time or part-time Optometrist position available with a W2 base salary starting at $175,000 with no benefits or $150,000 base W2 plus achievable bonus and benefits package including PTO, professional development assistance, malpractice insurance, flex days, sick days, and major holidays off. Volume averages 15-20 patients a day. The practice offers full scope eye care with a focus on disease-based conditions such as red eyes, dry eye treatment, diabetes, glaucoma suspects, hypertension, cataracts, and punctal plugs. Candidate should be comfortable providing comprehensive care using current technology and EMR systems. The offices are equipped with advanced diagnostic tools such as OCT, Eidon Widefield Fundus camera, VF, Marco TRS 5100 Auto phoropter, Anterior Segment camera, and Topcon Maestro OCT which support quality patient care and revenue generation for bonus potential.
The practice operates 4 office locations (Clinton, Waldorf, La Plata, Maryland) allowing flexible scheduling and vacation coverage. MD TPA license is required. A 4-day workweek option is available with a base ranging from $120K to $140K plus benefits/bonus.

Candidate must have an MD TPA license and experience with full scope optometric care. Ability to manage electronic medical records (EMR) and utilize advanced optical diagnostic equipment is required.
