Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst

TapestryHealth is dedicated to improving the quality of care for patients in skilled nursing facilities through innovative, technology-enabled healthcare solutions that enhance patient outcomes, optimize operations, and support long-term care providers.

Responsibilities include overseeing reporting, analysis, and reconciliation related to gross and net revenue focusing on denials management, charge lag, and charge capture; collaborating with external billing partners to maintain effective billing and coding edits; analyzing workflows to identify reimbursement improvements; resolving billing and compliance issues using research and regulatory guidance; developing strategies to monitor payer payment variances; ensuring accurate and timely billing in coordination with Operations and IT; assisting with annual CPT and ICD-10 coding updates; and producing weekly reports and dashboards for revenue cycle leadership.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in healthcare or equivalent experience
• 4-5 years experience in revenue integrity at multi-specialty healthcare facilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office and SQL abilities
• Exceptional analytical, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB) and Certified Professional Coder (CPC)

Position is remote with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on location and experience.
