As the nation’s largest Financial Management Service provider, they assist Medicaid recipients in choosing and paying their support workers within state-approved personalized budgets.
The RCM Analyst 1 is responsible for supporting billing, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle operations. Key duties include preparing and managing billing activities, correcting and re-submitting claims, performing business-to-business collections, reconciling payments, denial research, and developing reports for clients. The role collaborates cross-functionally, supports Medicaid claiming processes, system enhancements, and keeps up to date on state business rules for claims.
Candidates should have outstanding PC spreadsheet skills, be detail- and process-improvement oriented, and possess accounting system experience. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1+ years of finance/corporate finance experience is preferred. Project Management experience is a plus.
Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 annually.
