City Dental is seeking a full-time experienced Dental Financial Coordinator for our Philadelphia, PA clinic.
Requirements:
- Must have Open Dental experience
- Must have financial coordinator experience in dental field
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, physical, and driving record check
- Minimum 5 years experience in dental healthcare setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans and arrange financial agreements for patients
- Accounting tasks
- Answer phones and greet patients
- Check patient insurance plans and verify coverage
- Collect copays, deductibles, and other payments
- Explain plan benefits to new enrollees
- Collect payments for individual and group health insurance plans
- Review, process, and post daily specials such as promotions and schedules
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
