Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Remote Orders Processor / Revenue Cycle Coordinator to support home health operations across Florida. This fully remote role requires residency within 30 miles of a Concierge Home Care branch in Florida. The role involves processing and tracking physician orders in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Key responsibilities include processing orders, monitoring for timely signatures, following up with physician offices on outstanding orders, supporting operational deadlines, maintaining records in WellSky/Kinnser Orders Manager, effective communication with clinical teams, participating in review meetings, building relationships with physicians, and supporting compliance initiatives.
