Chiropractor

CenTex Injury and Workers Comp, PLLC

CenTex Injury and Worker's Comp specializes in treating injured workers. This Chiropractor role focuses on evaluating functional capacity in a multi-disciplinary outpatient setting.

Work collaboratively with physical therapists, medical providers, massage therapists, and rehabilitation specialists.

Clinic hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm, and Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including Functional Capacity Evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings. Provide chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies such as spinal manipulation and soft tissue techniques. Apply adjunctive therapies like electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and therapeutic exercise as permitted by state law.

Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications. Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR, compliant with regulatory and payer requirements. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, communicate with the care team. Maintain a clean, safe, professional clinical environment and adhere to clinic policies, HIPAA, and professional standards.

Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must have a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited college. Active Texas chiropractic license required. Current CPR/BLS certification mandatory. Strong assessment and documentation skills needed. Excellent communication and patient education skills required. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Preferred experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or integrated medical clinics. Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, sports rehab, functional movement assessment. Familiarity with EHR systems desirable.

Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, sitting. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs for patient assistance/equipment. Ability to perform repetitive manual therapy techniques throughout the day.
