Key responsibilities trained for include managing data integrity, supporting healthcare staff with EPIC and other EHR systems, system testing and maintenance, compliance with HIPAA, quality control of medical records, and effective communication with healthcare teams.
Participants must be residents of California, at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED, proficient in computer skills, and able to comply with confidentiality laws and health screening requirements.
