Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Interventional Pain Management Specialist, playing a pivotal role in delivering innovative, minimally invasive pain relief solutions to patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Utilize advanced interventional techniques, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and improve patients' quality of life through targeted therapies.

Responsibilities include performing interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, and radiofrequency ablations using imaging guidance (ultrasound, fluoroscopy), conducting comprehensive patient assessments, documenting procedures in EHR systems, collaborating with referring physicians, educating patients on treatment and post-procedure care, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols.

Requires extensive experience with interventional radiology techniques, proficiency in EMR systems like Epic, strong knowledge of anatomy and pain pathways, familiarity with medical imaging technologies, excellent patient service skills, ability to operate medical equipment safely, and BLS certification (additional sedation/anesthesia certifications are a plus).

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with interventional radiology techniques including catheterization, neurocritical care procedures, and vascular interventional radiography.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain pathways relevant to interventional pain procedures.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging technologies including CT scans and fluoroscopy.
  • Excellent patient service and compassionate care abilities.
  • Ability to safely operate medical equipment and maintain aseptic technique.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional sedation or anesthesia certifications preferred.
