Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN, you will assist physicians and RNs in patient care including administering and preparing chemotherapy agents, conducting patient assessments and triage, documenting medical records, and providing patient and family education.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physician and RNs in patient care
• Administer and prepare chemotherapy agents
• Conduct patient assessments and triage
• Complete medical record documentation
• Educate patients and families

Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN license required
• Preferred experience in IV therapy (clinic or hospital) and oncology
• Completion (or within 90 days) of 30-hour IV certification course
• Current CPR certification and BLS required (provided within 30 days if not current)
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication
• Valid Florida driver's license for clinic travel
