Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on preventive medicine and the management of chronic conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Primary Care Physician will be instrumental in promoting health and wellness within the community while addressing a wide range of medical issues.

Duties include conducting thorough physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, providing preventive care services such as vaccinations and screenings, collaborating with specialists, maintaining accurate medical records and encounter coding using electronic health systems, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and staying informed about advancements in pathology and treatment methodologies relevant to primary care.

Qualifications include a medical degree with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, familiarity with medical office operations and patient management systems, knowledge of durable medical equipment protocols, strong interpersonal and communication skills, commitment to lifelong learning, and bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus.
