Adept Nursing & Rehab of Sutherland is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts including days 6am-6pm full-time and nights 6pm-6am full-time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• Supervise and support nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and treatments
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts
