We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to lead pediatric dental services at our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in St. George, Utah. Collaborate with leading dental and orthodontic experts to deliver exceptional, comprehensive oral care for children in a modern, patient-focused environment.
As Pediatric Dentist, you will:
- Spearhead the growth of pediatric dental care in our cutting-edge clinic
- Work closely with experienced orthodontists to provide integrated treatment planning
- Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate dental care for infants through adolescents
- Conduct comprehensive oral exams, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform pediatric procedures including sealants, fluoride treatments, extractions, pulpotomies, stainless-steel crowns, habit appliances, space maintainers, and more
- Uphold strict infection-control protocols and maintain precise patient records
- Educate parents and children on preventive oral health and at-home hygiene techniques
- Foster a welcoming, child-friendly atmosphere that reduces anxiety and builds trust
Compensation is production-based at 35% of collections.
The position offers a flexible part-time schedule with potential to become full-time, Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts and some flexibility.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Utah state dental licensure (or eligible to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years pediatric dentistry experience (preferably in private or group practice)
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and digital radiography
- Outstanding communication skills with children and families
- Commitment to professional growth and collaborative care
