Aveon Health is a family-oriented primary care office focused on diabetes care and podiatry. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will provide high-quality patient care specializing in diabetes management, podiatry, and hormone therapy. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating chronic diseases, performing related assessments and procedures, educating patients and families, and maintaining thorough patient records.
Work schedule is 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, plus one Saturday per month (8 am - 12 pm). Valid NP or PA license in Arizona is required. Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3 years of experience as NP or PA preferred. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
