Join a team at Lehigh Valley Health Network, a nationally recognized and advanced healthcare organization. This full-time day shift position is based remotely in Pennsylvania with responsibilities to oversee Release of Information (ROI) EMR Analysts managing medical record documentation requests.
You will provide training, workflow coordination, productivity monitoring, and act as a liaison between HIM staff, management, providers, and other departments. Duties include auditing ROI requests for compliance with hospital, state, and federal policies, supporting applications like ROI Online, and maintaining integrity of electronic medical records.
Work includes managing schedules, conducting quality reviews, facilitating audits, and participating in network-wide projects. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, problem solving, and proficiency with HIM applications and Microsoft Office tools.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Health Information Technology or related field, or High School Diploma with 6+ years related experience. Must have 3 years experience with HIM applications and EMR systems, ability to train peers, and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Certification such as Certified Release of Information Specialist (CRIS) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) in Pennsylvania is required or to be obtained within 1-2 years.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, 5 years progressive HIM experience, Epic EMR and ROI Navigator experience, and advanced certifications (RHIT, RHIA, CRIS) upon hire.

- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
