Contribute to the planning and organization of health information content for technology development. Integrate health information management knowledge and experience to optimize operations through process improvement. Develop, structure and edit health record documentation and clinical documentation to ensure data integrity and to ensure data is securely protected.
This role offers a hybrid work option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required. Employees in this position must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.
Associate Degree required. One of the following credentials needed: Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT). Must obtain RHIA or RHIT credential within 6 months of hire.
Desired qualifications include one year in a healthcare setting and a Bachelor's Degree.
