We're hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care at our Rudy Lane office in St. Matthews. Whether you're a new grad ready to launch your career or a seasoned hygienist looking for a practice that truly values your work, we want to hear from you.

You will perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and prophylaxis treatments; conduct comprehensive oral health assessments including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings; take and process dental radiographs; educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans; document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records; collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver seamless, patient-centered care; create a warm, comfortable experience for every patient.

Active Kentucky Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license and current CPR/BLS certification are required. A passion for patient care, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment are essential. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Compensation is $37 – $50 per hour based on experience, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus.
