NorthBay Health seeks a board-certified physician in Hematology and Medical Oncology to join their team in Northern California, providing advanced care across a range of hematologic and oncologic conditions. The practice offers state-of-the-art outpatient and inpatient cancer care with robust multidisciplinary support, including medical assistants, nurse navigators, oncology nutritional counseling, social services, genetic counseling, and a full infusion center.
This position involves diagnosing and treating adult patients with benign and malignant conditions such as solid tumors, lymphomas, leukemias, and multiple myeloma. Responsibilities include patient consultations, follow-ups, treatment planning with modalities like chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and participation in active tumor boards and clinical trials.
The role is focused primarily on in-person care at their Northern California facilities with a schedule of 36 hours patient-facing and 4 hours indirect patient care per week, five days per week, with optional telehealth one day and weekend on-call duties. Patients averaged include 1-2 new and 12 follow-ups daily.

- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Valid medical license to practice in California
- Experience in managing both hematologic malignancies and solid tumors
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills
