The Administrative Assistant for the Brain Health Network provides primary office coordination and administrative support for the department. This role supports day-to-day operational functions, coordination activities, patient communication and assistance, and general office administration needs.
The position also requires a commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically while consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically while adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of combined direct experience in administrative coordination, office administration, personnel coordination, customer service, and/or operational support functions
