- Onsite position in Layton, UT
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Handles patient medical record requests and related ROI activities
- Works within HIPAA and site facility policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficiency using computer applications
- One or more years of experience entering data into computer systems
- Experience using the internet
- Ability to work independently and meet production goals
- Strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated success responding to customer inquiries
- Attention to detail
- Dependability
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior ROI experience in a physician’s office or HIM department preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred
