Remote coding auditor role within Revenue Cycle Management supporting adult learning, training, and coding quality initiatives.

- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 6 AM and 6 PM Central Time
- No weekends or major holidays
- Salary: $31.35/hr - $42.40/hr
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credential preferred
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential preferred
- RHIA or RHIT credential preferred
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or associate degree, or technical degree required
- 1 year of experience required
- CPC or CCS-P required with 3-5 years of direct coding experience
- RHIA or RHIT with 5+ years of direct coding experience may be considered
- 1-2 years of E/M auditing experience highly desired
- Strong knowledge of procedural coding required
- Experience applying adult learning principles, assessing learning needs, and developing training solutions
