Experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Revenue Cycle Management billing and collections specialist needed for a growing medical practice. The role focuses on managing the full billing process, working denials, collections, accounts receivable follow-up, and helping keep financial operations running smoothly.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Two days per week are extended to complete a 40-hour workweek
- No weekends
- In-person role in Miramar, FL
Requirements & Qualifications
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 4 years of medical billing, collections, and revenue cycle management experience
- Experience with eClinicalWorks Hub and eClinicalWorks Spoke required
- Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier usage
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing and appeals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage claims, AR follow-up, denials, payment posting, insurance verification, and patient billing inquiries
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Able to commute to Miramar, FL 33029
- CRCR or CPB certification is a plus
