Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in medical billing
- Proven experience in medical billing and collections within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, and healthcare claims management processes
- Proficiency with billing software, EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft Office suite, and related healthcare technology tools
- Familiarity with health insurance policies, medical records management, and medical office procedures
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to interpret complex medical documentation accurately and work efficiently under deadlines
