MedRevenu is a rapidly expanding physician medical billing company serving doctors across multiple specialties. The company has been helping doctors improve financial performance for more than 15 years and is seeking a full-time healthcare accounts receivable and collections specialist.
In this role, you will process an average of 75 claims per day, manage a portfolio of payers, and ensure collections, aging, and denials are handled in a timely manner. You will also communicate denial trends to the billing team to support process improvements and meet daily, monthly, and quarterly collection goals set by management.
The position requires maintaining internal and external compliance standards while working in a fast-paced revenue cycle environment.
Must be able to manage a high-volume work environment.
Must maintain confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and communication skills are required.
Candidates should be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations and demonstrate quick thinking, sound decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including accounts receivable, collections, and payer follow-up, is preferred, or an associate degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
Bilingual Spanish required.
