Twin Health is a digital health company focused on improving and preventing chronic metabolic diseases through AI-powered metabolic health solutions. This role supports rapid expansion and billing operations by managing the full revenue cycle, including daily billing, payer account management, cash posting, ledger reconciliation, claims follow-up, and onboarding new customers and health plan partners.
The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing issues, improve data integrity, and ensure operational readiness for seamless billing and payment processing.
5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial and government payer policies, CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding, and EOB reconciliation.
Experience with B2B and patient billing/collections.
Strong technical skills in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and create processes where none exist.
Excellent communication skills for leading external partner meetings and translating complex billing issues for non-billing stakeholders.
Demonstrated success with high-volume cash posting, payment application, ledger reconciliation, and resolving balancing variances.
Preferred experience in high-growth healthcare startups and with tools such as NetSuite, LightDash, and revenue cycle platforms.
Direct experience in cash application, payment posting, and cross-system ledger reconciliation.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
