Mental Health Professional Clinician - Associate

Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking Mental Health Clinicians to join its Behavioral Health program in Oak Harbor, WA.

This is an on-site role supporting adult outpatient treatment clients in a collaborative, mission-driven team. The position focuses on providing direct clinical services, coordinating care with prescribers and community partners, and supporting recovery-oriented treatment planning.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention
• Offering individual and group therapy, including DBT and cognitive behavioral therapy
• Coordinating care with prescribers, case management staff, and community agencies
• Completing timely documentation, reports, and compliance-related charting
• Supporting involuntary treatment and least restrictive order processes when needed
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary community mental health team

The role includes clinical supervision from the Clinical Director and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
