Revenue Integrity Analyst

Horizon Health is seeking a full-time Revenue Integrity Analyst to monitor, analyze, and improve revenue cycle processes. This role focuses on accurate reimbursement, compliant billing practices, and optimizing revenue opportunities across the organization.

The analyst identifies revenue leakage, payer reimbursement issues, charge capture deficiencies, and workflow inefficiencies. They also monitor revenue performance, investigate reimbursement variances, identify the root cause of denials and underpayments, conduct audits, and develop corrective action plans that improve financial outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance.
