Job Summary
Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and rectifying inaccuracies with billing and reimbursement specific to third-party payors that contract with Froedtert Hospital. The role documents trends and shares information with department heads, medical staff, and contracting staff to support compliant, accurate billing and maximize hospital reimbursement under the terms of the agreements.

Experience
- 2 years of experience in healthcare finance in a managed care, decision support, or revenue cycle role
- In-depth knowledge of managed care contract language
- Epic hospital-based reimbursement contracts experience
- 5 years of experience in healthcare finance in a managed care, decision support, or revenue cycle role is also referenced
- Knowledge of billing and coding regulations preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Compensation
- Expected pay: $24.45 - $41.08 per hour
