Internal Medicine Physician role with a physician-led group serving locations throughout Long Island. The position is 100% outpatient with flexible hours, Monday through Friday, and no call.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive internal medicine care, performing history and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, creating treatment plans, educating patients, maintaining accurate EMR documentation, collaborating with care teams, and supporting population health and quality improvement initiatives.

Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Active or eligible board certification in Internal Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage a patient base
- Team-oriented, patient-centered approach
- Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus
