The physician will join an established on-site specialist team and manage an active patient panel with strong growth potential. The position includes a production-backed compensation structure and a collaborative practice environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Completion of an Endocrinology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain one
- Valid DEA registration
- Strong communication and clinical leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services for endocrine, metabolic, and hormonal disorders
- Manage an established patient panel focused on diabetes care, thyroid disease, pituitary/adrenal disorders, and metabolic bone disease
- Collaborate with the on-site physician and Advanced Practice Provider team
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Handle minor clinical call responsibilities related primarily to critical lab review

- $320,000 annual compensation
- Production bonuses for RVU output above the base guarantee
