Responsibilities include providing high-quality primary care for adults or all ages depending on specialty, managing a patient load of 15 to 30 per day, and participating in a 1:10 call rotation. You will diagnose and manage chronic conditions, treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate care with specialists.
Board Certified or Board Eligible, with a clear plan to obtain certification within the required timeframe.
Must possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
Experience with or aptitude for using EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and hold an unrestricted Indiana medical license.
