Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving medically underserved communities.
This is a full-time, in-person outpatient role working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The physician will join a collaborative multidisciplinary care team across multiple outpatient clinics, with a focus on high-quality primary care and community health impact.
MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active state medical license, or the ability to obtain one
