Premier multi-specialty medical group in Northern California is recruiting an additional OB/GYN physician to develop a full-scope practice in Red Bluff and Corning, CA.
The position offers the opportunity to join a well-established, physician-owned group affiliated with a major health system, with strong work-life balance, one hospital coverage, and access to a supportive OB/GYN care team.
Licensed in California with a valid, unrestricted medical license.
Board eligible or board certified in the specified medical specialty (ABMS or AOA).
Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
Ability to provide comprehensive patient care, diagnostic evaluation, documentation, collaboration with care teams, and participation in quality/compliance initiatives.
Base salary of $350,000-$360,000 per year, plus call pay and productivity incentive.
Relocation assistance of $20,000.
Signing incentive options:
- Up to $125,000 sign-on bonus
- Or up to $85,000 sign-on bonus plus up to $100,000 in student loan repayment
Additional benefits include paid malpractice, generous time off, group-paid medical and dental benefits, retirement plan with 6-11% company contribution, and PSLF eligibility.
Potential access to state loan repayment programs up to $300,000.
