Responsibilities include answering phones, organizing files, ordering supplies, handling correspondence, managing databases, maintaining accurate electronic health records, and supporting patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
This role helps ensure the unit runs smoothly and efficiently while contributing to a welcoming environment for patients and families.
- High school diploma required
- 1 year of experience in a medical or customer service environment, or similar experience, required
- 1 year of experience in a medical environment preferred
