Primary Care Physician opportunity with partnership track at Churchland Family Medicine in Portsmouth, Virginia.
The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting, focusing on continuity of care, preventive medicine, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include patient assessment, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, coordinating referrals, managing EHR documentation, and performing minor office procedures as appropriate.

Must be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or board eligible and within two years of residency completion.

Competitive base salary of $220,000 to $240,000 per year, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
