- Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements & Qualifications
Family Medicine physician with the following qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active state medical license, or ability to obtain one
- Commitment to high-quality care for underserved populations
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
