During the session, the technician is responsible for documenting the treatment provided and subsequently reporting the outcomes back to the supervising physician or qualified professional. This professional then interprets the documented information and prepares a comprehensive report. It is important to note that CPT® Code 0364T is utilized for the initial 30 minutes of face-to-face technician time with a single patient, while CPT® Code 0365T is designated for each subsequent 30-minute increment of technician time.
